Return & Refund Policy – ToysLab

At ToysLab, we ensure every product is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect, OR

  • The product was damaged during transit


2. Claim Policy

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


3. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process a return request, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video (continuous recording from opening the sealed package until the product is fully shown)

  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective product

  • Order ID and registered contact details

⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video proof, the claim will not be eligible for return or refund.


4. Return Process

  2. Share your Order ID, issue details, images, and unboxing video.

  3. Our team will review the claim within 1–2 working days.

  4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide return instructions.


5. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be initiated (if applicable).

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.


6. Important Notes

  • The product must be unused and returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice.

  • ToysLab reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.

  • All decisions regarding returns and refunds will be final after verification.
